This term our Year 7 and Year 9 students will be involved in the National Assessment Program – Literacy and Numeracy (NAPLAN).
NAPLAN testing at Brighton Secondary School will occur over a 5 day period from 15 to 21 March and will involve the students sitting four separate tests in an online format.

The NAPLAN – Privacy Collection Notice outlines what student information is collected through the NAPLAN process.
Students will require the following items to be able to access each of the online NAPLAN tests:
• Fully charged laptop (the NAPLAN software has been pre-installed on student devices)
• Headphones that can connect to the laptop
Further information about the testing schedule and student support for NAPLAN will be provided to students and families closer to the testing dates.
